§ 14-1-21. DEED REQUIRED UNDER CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES.

(A)

A person may convey an easement or right-of-way to the City by deed if a subdivision or re-subdivision of the underlying property is not required.

(B)

A person must convey fee simple title to property to the City by deed.
