§ 14-3-8. DWELLING RELOCATION.

  • A displaced owner may relocate a dwelling located on property acquired by the City at the owner's personal cost. A displaced owner who relocates a dwelling is eligible for a real estate purchase benefit equal to the lesser of:

    (1)

    a real estate purchase benefit calculated under Section 14-3-5 ( Calculation of Real Estate Purchase Benefit ); or

    (2)

    the actual cost of relocating the dwelling, including the cost of purchasing a new site for the dwelling.
