§ 14-5-1. DEFINITIONS.

In this chapter:
(1)

DEPARTMENT means the Financial and Administrative Services Department.

(2)

DIRECTOR means the director of the Financial and Administrative Services Department.

(3)

OWNER means the person shown on the City's real property ad valorem tax rolls who is responsible for payment of property taxes.
