§ 14-8-3. REVIEW AND REPORTING REQUIREMENTS.

In addition to other responsibilities assigned under the City Code, the Urban Transportation Commission shall periodically provide recommendations concerning:
(1)

the impact of this chapter on the City;

(2)

the maximum number of times per year that a particular public right-of-way should be eligible for closure under this chapter; and

(3)

other transportation issues related to closure permits approved under this chapter.
