§ 14-8-34. APPEAL OF A DENIAL OF AN APPLICATION.

(A)

If an application for a block party permit is denied, the applicant may appeal to the director.

(B)

An applicant must submit an appeal within 10 business days after the applicant is notified that the application has been denied.

(C)

The director may uphold or reverse the denial of the application.
