§ 15-1-34. REVOCATION.

  • The director may revoke a tester's registration for:

    (1)

    failure to register the serial number or calibrate gauges annually on or before the date established by the director;

    (2)

    use of a gauge that does not meet the manufacturer's calibration standards in preparation of a backflow test and maintenance report;

    (3)

    three testing or reporting discrepancies within a two-year period, beginning with the first discrepancy, including:

    (a)

    false, incomplete, or inaccurate reporting of test completion or certification of a backflow prevention assembly;

    (b)

    use of inaccurate gauges;

    (c)

    improper operational certification methods; or

    (d)

    incomplete backflow test and maintenance reports;

    (4)

    failure to maintain licensure with the Commission; or

    (5)

    conviction of a violation of this chapter.
