§ 15-1-65. NOTICE OF VIOLATION.

(A)

The director may serve a written notice of violation on a person who has violated:

(1)

the conditions of registration as a tester;

(2)

a plumbing permit;

(3)

installation requirements of a backflow prevention assembly or device; or

(4)

a requirement of this chapter.

(B)

The director may take any enforcement action without first issuing a notice of violation.
