§ 15-1-67. CIVIL REMEDIES.

(A)

The city attorney may enforce this chapter by injunction, declaratory relief, or other action at law or in equity.

(B)

The city attorney may initiate a suit against the owner, occupant, tenant, manager, or water customer of property or facility that is the source of a violation of this chapter, to recover a civil penalty not to exceed $5,000 for each violation. Each day that a violation continues constitutes a separate violation.
