§ 15-10-251. CRIMINAL PENALTY.

(A)

A person violating this chapter commits an offense. An offense under this chapter is a class C misdemeanor, punishable in accordance with Section 1-1-99 ( Offenses; General Penalty ). Each occurrence of a violation of this chapter is a separate offense.

(B)

Proof of a culpable mental state is not required for a conviction of an offense under this chapter.
