§ 15-10-255. TERMINATION ORDER.

If the director determines that a person has violated this chapter, a permit, or enforcement order, the director may:
(1)

order the person to terminate discharge to the POTW; and

(2)

enforce termination of the discharge by severing the person's sewer connection.
