If the director determines that a person has violated this article, the terms of a
permit, a rule promulgated to implement this article, or an agreement for voluntary
compliance, the director may issue an order to the person directing the person to
correct the violation within a prescribed time period.
(B)
If a person does not comply within the time period prescribed, the director may suspend
a permit to withdraw water from a fire hydrant and disconnect water service from a
fire hydrant until the person corrects the violation.
