§ 15-4-1. DEFINITIONS.

(A)

Except as provided in Subsection (B), the definitions in Sections 13.002 ( Definitions ) and 13.185 ( Components of Invested Capital and Net Income ) of the Texas Water Code are adopted and apply to this article.

(B)

In this chapter:

(1)

DIRECTOR means the director of the Austin Water Utility.

(2)

PUBLIC UTILITY means a retail public utility as defined in Section 13.002(19) ( Definitions ) of the Texas Water Code.
