§ 15-4-64. DESIGNATION OF TIME AND PLACE OF A HEARING.

The hearings examiner designated to conduct a hearing under this division shall designate the time, date, and place for the hearing. The examiner may postpone, continue, recess, or adjourn a hearing from time to time and at the place or places the examiner determines are necessary to efficiently conduct of the hearing.
