§ 15-4-76. COUNCIL ACTION ON REPORT AND RECOMMENDATIONS.

A hearings examiner's reports and recommendations are advisory only. The city council may conduct a hearing and make findings and determinations on all or any aspects of a case including the designation of a party at interest.
