§ 15-4-101. APPLICATION OF UTILITY SERVICE REGULATIONS.

Chapter 15-9 ( Utility Service Regulations ) applies to a public utility that provides services or operates a water or wastewater utility. A reference to the City in the utility service regulations applicable to this chapter is interpreted as a reference to the Austin Water Utility.
