§ 15-5-16. CIVIL PENALTY.

(A)

If a person violates this chapter or fails to take action to comply with this chapter, or federal, state, or local regulations, the City Attorney may initiate a suit for:

(1)

civil penalties, authorized under Texas Local Government Code Section 54.017 ( Civil Penalty );

(2)

injunctive relief;

(3)

recovery of expenses, loss, or damage to City property or equipment; and

(4)

other available relief.
