§ 15-5-27. OFFENSE AND PENALTY.

(A)

A person who violates a provision of this article commits an offense. Each day that a violation occurs is a separate offense.

(B)

An offense under this chapter is a Class C misdemeanor, punishable in accordance with Section 1-1-99 ( Offenses; General Penalty ) by a fine not to exceed $2,000.
