§ 15-6-15. LANDFILL SERVICE.

(A)

The director shall supervise the operation and use of the City landfill.

(B)

The director shall adopt rules relating to landfill use and post the rules at the landfill.

(C)

A person may dispose of garbage, trash, rubbish, ashes, manure, or other waste only at a location permitted by Texas Commission on Environmental Quality.
