§ 15-6-43. DISPLAY OF BUSINESS INFORMATION.

(A)

A licensee shall prominently display the name and telephone number of the private collection service on both sides of each vehicle used in the operation of the service.

(B)

The licensee shall prominently display the name and telephone number of the private collection service on at least one side of each container used for collection, storage, or disposal of solid waste in the city.
