§ 15-6-46. NOTIFICATION OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS OR OWNERSHIP.

Latest version.

A licensee shall provide written notice to the Code Compliance Director within 60 days of a change in:
(1)

the address or telephone number of the private solid waste collection service; or

(2)

the form of the business or the executive officers of the private solid waste collection service; or

(3)

the name and address of the person designated to receive notices described in this article.
