§ 15-6-113. MOVING PUBLIC TRASH RECEPTACLES PROHIBITED.

(A)

A person commits an offense if the person moves a public trash receptacle from its location on the sidewalk or other public right of way.

(B)

This section does not apply to a city employee or agent acting within the scope of the employee's or agent's authority.
