§ 15-6-115. REMOVING RECEPTACLE PROHIBITED.

(A)

A person commits an offense if the person removes a receptacle provided by the City for use at a customer's premises from the customer's premises.

(B)

This section does not apply to a City employee or agent acting within the scope of the employee's or agent's authority.
