§ 15-9-176. WATER SERVICE CUT-OFF FEE FOR CUSTOMER REPAIRS.

(A)

If a customer cannot cut off the customer's water service at the main service valve, the City shall respond to a request from the customer to cut off the water service as an emergency response.

(B)

A customer shall pay the City a fee for the emergency water service cut off.
