If the director is able to determine the date on which a customer's wastewater meter
became inaccurate or unreliable, the director shall adjust the customer's wastewater
billings back from that date.
(B)
If the director cannot determine the date on which a customer's wastewater meter became
inaccurate or unreliable, the director shall adjust the customer's wastewater billings
for one-half the period of time elapsed between the date the meter was last tested
and the date the director determined that the meter was inaccurate or unreliable.
