§ 15-9-51. WHERE TO APPLY FOR UTILITY SERVICE.

(A)

A person requesting City utility service shall apply to customer care or to the Water Utility for reclaimed water service.

(B)

An eligible customer who seeks to participate in the continuous electric service program must sign a service contract approved by the City. Utility service is governed by the service contract and this chapter.
