§ 15-9-55. FEES AND PAYMENT.

(A)

In addition to establishing credit security, an applicant for service must pay all applicable fees prescribed by ordinance.

(B)

A person shall pay fees when the City sends the person an invoice.

(C)

A person must pay fees, a deposit, or other charge in United States currency, or with a personal check, a traveler's check, a money order, a cashier's check, electronic funds transfer, a debit card, a credit card, or other method approved by customer care.
