§ 25-10-233. PREREQUISITES; EXPIRATION; NONTRANSFERABLE.

(A)

The indemnification agreement and proof of insurance required by this article is a prerequisite to registration.

(B)

Registration expires on December 31 of each calendar year.

(C)

Registration under this article is not transferable.
