§ 25-13-4. BOARD OF ADJUSTMENT.

The Board of Adjustment shall, in accordance with Local Government Code Chapter 241, Subchapter C, hear and decide:
(1)

an appeal from an order, requirement, decision, or determination made by the director in the enforcement of this chapter; and

(2)

a request for a variance from a requirement of this chapter.
