§ 25-13-61. LIMITATION ON REQUIREMENTS FOR NONCONFORMING USES, STRUCTURES, AND OBJECTS.

Except as otherwise provided in this article, this chapter does not require:
(1)

a change in a nonconforming land use;

(2)

the removal, lowering, or other change of a nonconforming structure or object of natural growth; or

(3)

any other interference in the continuation of a nonconforming land use.
