§ 25-1-284. CONFERENCE PROCEDURE.

(A)

The conference participants shall exchange telephone numbers and addresses at the conference.

(B)

The participants shall discuss:

(1)

the sequence of construction;

(2)

start dates and schedule of events;

(3)

erosion and sedimentation controls;

(4)

traffic control barricades;

(5)

site supervision;

(6)

emergency response;

(7)

special conditions or provisions of plans or specifications;

(8)

final acceptance guidelines; and

(9)

publishing and distribution of minutes of the conference.
