§ 25-2-52. RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT DESIGNATIONS GENERALLY.

There are 16 residential district designations. The designation established for a proposed use is based on:
(1)

density;

(2)

lot size;

(3)

terrain;

(4)

environmental conditions;

(5)

location;

(6)

surrounding uses;

(7)

public infrastructure; and

(8)

other factors determined to be relevant by the council.
