(A)
If a site is divided by a zoning district boundary, the regulations of each zoning district apply to the portion of the site located in that zoning district.
(B)
The boundary of a zoning district shown on the zoning map is determined in accordance with this subsection.

If a zoning district boundary is shown to be within a street, alley, right-of-way, or creek, the center line of the street, alley, right-of-way, or creek is the zoning district boundary.

(a)
by the dimensions shown on the zoning map; or
(b)
if the dimensions are not shown, by use of the scale appearing on the zoning map.
