§ 25-2-262. DIRECTOR'S REPORT.

The director of the Neighborhood Planning and Zoning Department shall prepare for the Land Use Commission and council a report on each zoning or rezoning application. The report shall:
(1)

include a recommendation on each zoning or rezoning application; and

(2)

be filed with the Land Use Commission not later than the 28th day after the applicable zoning cycle deadline.
