§ 25-2-1210. OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES OF PARK MANAGEMENT.

(A)

A mobile home owner or licensee shall operate the park in compliance with this division and other applicable ordinances and shall provide adequate supervision to maintain the park, its facilities, and equipment in good repair and in a clean and sanitary condition.

(B)

The owner or licensee shall notify park occupants of the provisions of this division and their duties and responsibilities under this division.

(C)

The owner or licensee shall notify the building official of a violation of this division.
