§ 25-2-1215. PERMANENT RESIDENTIAL STRUCTURES.

(A)

Except as otherwise provided Subsections (B) and (C), the building official may not issue a permit for the construction or occupancy of a permanent residential structure in a mobile home park.

(B)

An existing residential structure may be retained or a new residential structure may be constructed for the occupancy of the owner or operator of the park.

(C)

An existing residence may be converted to a clubhouse, community center, or service building for use by the park residents.

(D)

A person affected by the building official's denial of a permit to construct or occupy a permanent residential structure under this division may appeal the denial to the council.
