A natural gas piping system installed in a mobile home park shall be installed underground
and maintained in compliance with applicable codes. An owner or licensee that provides
piped gas to a mobile home space shall cap the outlet in a manner that prevents the
accidental discharge of gas and in compliance with the plumbing code when the outlet
is not in use.
(B)
A liquefied petroleum gas system may not be installed in a park unless the available
natural gas system is more than 1,000 feet from the park. A liquified petroleum gas
system shall be maintained in compliance with applicable state statutes and city codes.
