§ 25-2-1264. HEALTH AUTHORITY APPROVAL REQUIRED.
(A)
A person must obtain a permit from the Health Authority to establish, maintain, or operate a recreational vehicle park, whether or not a payment for use is required.
(B)
The Health Authority shall inspect and issue a permit, in writing, for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a recreational vehicle park, as applicable.
(C)
A permit issued under this division is nontransferable and expires one year from the date of issuance. The permit fee shall be set by a separate ordinance.
(D)
If the Health Authority denies an application for a permit under this section, the applicant may appeal to the council in accordance with the procedures established in Chapter 25-1, Article 7, Division 1 ( Appeals ).
