§ 25-2-1503. RESIDENTIAL USES IN NEIGHBORHOOD MIXED USE BUILDING.

  • (A)

    A neighborhood mixed use building special use must contain a residential use.

    (B)

    A residential use in a neighborhood mixed use building special use may be located:

    (1)

    above the ground floor; and

    (2)

    in not more than 50 percent of the gross floor area of the ground floor.

    (C)

    For a multi-story building, not less than 50 percent of the gross floor area above the ground floor must be used for a residential use.
