§ 25-2-1523. DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL CRITERIA.

  • A development plan must:

    (1)

    demonstrate compliance with the requirements of Division 2 (Residential Infill Special Use) or Division 3 ( Neighborhood urban center Special Use ), as applicable;

    (2)

    be designed to promote pedestrian activity and the use of mass transit;

    (3)

    propose building height, bulk, and scale that is compatible with adjacent single-family development, if any; and

    (4)

    include high quality community open space as an organizing feature.
