§ 25-2-1557. COMMERCIAL USE REGULATIONS.

For a commercial use:
(1)

the minimum lot size is 3,500 square feet;

(2)

the minimum lot width is 50 feet;

(3)

the maximum height is 60 feet;

(4)

the maximum front yard setback is 10 feet;

(5)

the minimum front yard setback is five feet; and

(6)

the minimum street side yard setback is 10 feet.
