A new road within a residential infill or neighborhood urban center special use project
must comply with the roadway design standards of the Traditional Neighborhood District
Criteria Manual.
(B)
The director of the Neighborhood Planning and Zoning Department may approve the use
of an innovative roadway design that is not described in the Traditional Neighborhood
District Criteria Manual.
