§ 25-4-32. ACTION WITHIN 30 DAYS.

(A)

The requirements of this section are mandated by state law and supersede any contrary provisions of the City Code.

(B)

The director shall schedule an application for preliminary plan or plat approval for consideration by the Land Use Commission or council not later than the 30th day after the application is filed.

(C)

The Land Use Commission or council shall act on an application for preliminary plan or plat approval not later than the 30th day after the application is filed.

(D)

The council shall act on an appeal of Land Use Commission action on an environmental variance that is associated with a preliminary plan not later than the 30th day after the Land Use Commission action.
