A person who intends to file a petition for the creation of a water district may discuss
the proposed water district in a preapplication review with City employees before
the petition is filed.
(B)
To request a preapplication review, a person must notify the city manager of the person's
intent to file a petition in writing at least 30 days before the date the person files
the petition with the City.
