§ 2-10-22. COURT COSTS FOR PARKING VIOLATIONS.

(A)

A $5.00 court cost is assessed on each parking violation finding of liability in municipal court.

(B)

The municipal court clerk shall collect the court cost assessed under this section as if it were a fine in a case.

(C)

The municipal court clerk shall deposit money collected under this section in a separate fund to be used for a school crossing guard program or a program designed to enhance child safety, health, or nutrition, including child abuse prevention and intervention, and drug and alcohol abuse prevention.
