§ 2-5-15. CODIFICATION REQUIREMENTS.

(A)

Every 10 years, the city attorney shall prepare a recodification of the City Code as prescribed by Article II, Section 14 ( Code of Ordinances ) of the City Charter.

(B)

The city clerk should prepare a quarterly supplement of the City Code and provide a copy of each ordinance amending the Code during the quarter to the vendor under contract for publication of the Code.

(C)

The city clerk should maintain information showing the status of and council action on each resolution or ordinance on a council agenda. An agenda item postponed indefinitely is withdrawn from the active agenda and is not included in the city clerk's tracking information.
