§ 2-5-71. REGULAR TERM OF A COUNCILMEMBER.

(A)

This section applies to a councilmember elected in the City general election held on November 4, 2014, and to a councilmember elected to a full term at each City general election thereafter. The general election includes the subsequent runoff election, if any.

(B)

The regular term of a councilmember begins on the sixth day of January following the City general election.
