§ 2-7-99. OFFENSES; PENALTY.

  • (A)

    A person commits an offense if the person fails to comply with a subpoena under Section 2-7-46 ( Oaths and Requests for Information ).

    (B)

    A person commits an offense if the person violates Section 2-7-66 ( Misuse of Official Information ), Section 2-7-67 ( Restrictions on Providing Representation of Others ), or Article 5 ( Financial Disclosure ) of this Chapter.

    (C)

    An offense under this section is punishable as a Class C misdemeanor as provided in Section 1-1-99 ( Offenses; General Penalty ).

    (D)

    A culpable mental state is not required, and need not be proved, for an offense under this section.
