§ 2-9A-6. ADOPTION OF RULES.

The Director is delegated the authority under Section 2-9A-10 ( Duties of Small and Minority Business Resources Department ) of this chapter to administer this chapter, including the authority to formulate and adopt such rules and regulations as may be reasonable, necessary and required to assist in the implementation, administration or enforcement of this chapter. Such adoption of rules and regulations shall be conducted according to the standards of uniform practice and procedures set forth in Chapter 1-2 ( Adoption of Rules ) of the Code.
