§ 30-1-44. MANAGING OFFICIALS.

(A)

The managing officials act on behalf of the city and the county to administer the Agreement On Subdivision Platting In The Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Between The City Of Austin And Travis County dated April 1, 2002.

(B)

One managing official is appointed by the city, and one managing official is appointed by the county, in accordance with the Agreement On Subdivision Platting In The Extraterritorial Jurisdiction Between The City Of Austin And Travis County dated April 1, 2002.

(C)

The managing officials have the duties and powers prescribed by this title.
