§ 30-3-21. RESERVATION OF RIGHT-OF-WAY.

(A)

The city and county reserve right-of-way along a roadway designated:

(1)

in the transportation plan;

(2)

in the collector plan approved in accordance with Section 30-3-73 (Collector street plan); or

(3)

in an established city or county capital improvement project.

(B)

The extent and location of the right-of-way reserved under Subsection (A) must conform to the transportation plan, approved collector plan, or capital improvement project.
